📜 Terms and Conditions of YM LIMITED (India)
1. Intellectual Property Rights

Any infringement shall be subject to civil and criminal liability under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
2. Use of Website and Services
By accessing and using our ecommerce platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and relevant e-commerce regulations. Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms shall result in immediate termination of access and potential legal proceedings.
3. Dropshipping Model
YM LIMITED operates under a dropshipping framework, wherein products are shipped directly from suppliers to customers.
- We do not hold inventory and cannot guarantee product availability at all times.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier or courier delays.
- YM LIMITED shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from supplier or logistics failures.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
- All orders must be prepaid in full at the time of checkout.
- Prices are subject to revision without prior notice.
- YM LIMITED reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
